FROM THE HEADMASTER’S DESK

Northwest High School is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 12 to 18 in the Harare Province of Zimbabwe. It was founded in 2017 in Madokero, Tynwald 2km from Westgate shopping complex. The school’s thrust is to empower learners to actualise their unique potential so as to responsibly contribute to the global economy through good character and leadership.

Northwest high school cherishes the seed that God has invested in a child, something around which the child’s future is hinged on. We believe, as Northwest High School, that every person is gifted in one way or another such that when appropriately exposed/stimulated or groomed would evolve into firm foundation on which the child’s future is chatted. We take time to find out that which is exceptional in our learners before rigorously taking him/her through the broad and balanced curriculum whose ultimate goal is to tickle the ‘sleeping giant’ in the child. Northwest High school, after unveiling the gifting in a learner, grooms them along their talent lines into global citizens who are thought leaders.

Northwest High School education is hinged on the premise that there is nothing better rewarding in this world than passion.
